The ill routine of work and sleep makes the skin dull. If you want glowing skin naturally then you have to take care of your skin and change your ill routine.
Remove your makeup before sleeping
Always remove the makeup before you lay down on your bed. Your skin needs good breath. Your makeup clogs the skin pores which makes it difficult to breathe. Due to this, you will see blackheads or blemishes. Clean the face with cold water and a cleanser that can remove all makeup from the face. After cleaning, you can put on some moisturiser or Aloe Vera gel. In winters, use products that can prevent skin dryness. You must exfoliate your skin once a week. Exfoliation removes the dead skin of your face. After removing the dead cells, the skin glows and looks healthy. You can use natural products like walnut powder with yoghurt for skin exfoliation. It will remove all the dust and your skin will look radiant.
Apply sunscreen daily
Every person needs sunscreen. If you want a glow then protect the skin from the sun. The SPF of your sunblock depends on the skin type and your surroundings. You should ask a dermatologist for the SPF type. Exposure to the sun not only tan the skin but also causes ageing, wrinkles, spots and numerous other issues. Whenever you walk out, apply a sunblock. No matter if it’s rainy or cloudy, use good sunscreen. If your skin is sensitive and you work hours in front of a laptop or studio lights; you need a skin protector. These lights damage the skin, apply moisturiser and sunblock. Never apply sunscreen directly on the skin without moisturiser. Apply it like 30 minutes before walking out.
